Helping guests switch off and forget about the outside world takes all sorts of people – not just those they meet on the rides or in the hotels. And 500 acres of entertainment takes a lot of looking after. So our behind the scenes roles are every bit as crucial as those that are front of house. They range from looking after the health and security of the millions who flock to our Resort every year to making sure everything from the biggest rollercoaster to the latest coffee machine operates smoothly.
Our Technical Services team is the force behind everything the mechanics and electrics of our rides to the plumbing of our hotels, and from keeping the resort clean and tidy to taking care of all the resort-wide joinery and gardening.
Security and Medical look after both our guests and our employees, and we have a first responder team that sees to medical emergencies around the local area too.
